We welcome exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. The Customer is responsible for shipping it to Volontá di Dio and shipping charges for the new product. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. There is a £2.70 re-shipping fee for the exchange depending on the weight of the item.

All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 14 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 14days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.

Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Include this with your return package or email the details with your order number to suport@volontadidio.uk.

If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us at support@volontadidio.uk immediately. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

Most orders will ship out within 3 - 7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped standard service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. We do not ship on saturdays, sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.volontadidio.uk cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Our standard shipping charge is £2.70 and up depending on the total weight of items. 

Volonta di Dio cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

​International Deliveries

Customers outside of the continental UK are responsible for applicable customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country.  We are unable to predict customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
